Terms and Conditions – 3D Printed Toys from Kids’ Drawings

1. Service Overview

• Maker Mind Lab converts children’s drawings into 3D-printed toys.
• Orders are processed based on the uploaded drawing, selected size, and color.

2. Design and Printing Limitations

• We do our best to match the drawing, but minor modifications may be required for printability.
• Complex designs may be simplified for better 3D printing results.
• Only one drawing per order unless additional purchases are made.

3. Order Processing & Pickup/Shipping

• Orders take 7 working days to process and print.
• Pickup locations are available at selected partner centers.
• If shipping is selected, standard delivery times apply.
• Customers must pick up their order within X days of notification.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required before production begins.
• No refunds once printing has started, except in cases of defective prints.
• If a design cannot be printed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Safety & Material Information

• All materials used are non-toxic and child-safe.
• Toys are not intended for children under 3 years old due to small parts.

6. Parental Consent & Liability Waiver

• By placing an order, parents/guardians confirm they have the right to submit the child’s drawing.
• Maker Mind Lab is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by the use of the 3D-printed toy.

7. Modifications & Copyright

• Maker Mind Lab retains the right to use printed designs for promotional purposes.
• We do not print copyrighted or inappropriate images.
